Review & Update

  • Conduct Employee Manual Review to gather all relevant company policies and data to ensure legal accuracy & inclusion  of all relevant state and federal laws in the manual.  

  • Review of final version with legal team to ensure accuracy and legality.                     

  • Update the Manual (max of 3 revisions) based upon review and provide final PDF electronic copy to client for distribution.

Creation

  • Conduct Employee Manual interview to gather all relevant company policies and data for inclusion in the manual.

  • Creation of a customized employee manual including all policies and procedures as well as laws and regulations.

  • Individualized Consultation for up to 3 drafts/revisions.

  • Review of final version with legal team to ensure accuracy and legality.

Printing & Distribution

  • Printing and binding of final version of Employee Manual.

  • Copies provided for total employee count based upon original employees.

  • Final PDF electronic copy provided to print and distribute as needed. 

  • Maintain Proof of acknowledgement receipt records for all distributed manuals.

  • Support clients through the employee education process.
